DIRECTOR TEAM
Drew McClain – Managing Director
As Managing Director, Drew oversees all operations and management of the Inns Senior Living communities. Drew started with the Inns on the construction/development side in 2010, where he worked as the project manager and oversaw the construction of new Inns communities. In 2021, Drew moved from construction/development to operations, where he now leads the regional team and works closely with the Inns Executive Directors in their day-to-day operations. Drew resides in Newark, Ohio with his wife, Kelsey, and their four sons Cohen, Tucker, Bodie, and Kamden.
Michelle Tata – Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations, Michelle works hands on with all of the Inns Communities, giving direct support to team members and managing quality control. Michelle started with the Inns in 2012 as a team member of the Inn at CoalRidge, working as a receptionist, business office manager, and marketing director. In 2018, Michelle lead the opening of the Inn at Apple Ridge, in Richfield, Ohio, as the Executive Director and held that role until she joined the regional team in 2020. Michelle’s unique ability to teach and train multiple positions provides great value to all of the Inns communities. Michelle resides Medina, Ohio with her husband, Eric, and they have two daughters, Madison and Jensen.
Tammi Langford – Director of Resident Care RN
As the Director of Resident Care RN, Tammi oversees the care and wellness of all the residents that call the Inns their home. Tammi started with Inns in 2012 as the Director of Nursing at the Inn at CoalRidge in Wadsworth, Ohio, where she then served as the Executive Director for 9 years until she joined the regional team in 2021. Tammi works directly with and oversees all the Inn’s nursing departments. Her 25 years of nursing and experience, and passion for Senior Living provides an excellent resource to the Inns communities, the nursing staff, and the residents. Tammi resides in Uniontown, Ohio with her husband, Lee, and they have two sons, Luke and Landon, and a daughter, Lauren.
Jonah Hersey – Director of Finance
As the Director of Finance, Jonah oversees all human resources, payroll, and financials of the Inns. Jonah started with the Inns in 2018 and works directly with each community’s business office director, where he helps ensure accurate accounting and human resources procedures. Jonah’s background and education in accounting helps the Inns uphold a high standard of excellence within our HR and accounting processes. Jonah resides in Newark, Ohio with his wife, Jessica, and they have three sons, Noah, Zach and Ethan.
Matt McClain – Director of Property Management
As the Director of Property Management, Matt oversees all property and maintenance of the physical building and properties of the Inns. Matt began supporting the Inns communities in 2016 as he helped oversee the construction/development of the properties. In 2021, Matt moved into his current role where he oversees the implementation of processes that help the Inns maintain their physical beauty, as well as ensure the buildings remain a safe and comfortable place for all our residents, staff and visitors. Matt resides in Newark, Ohio with his wife, Maddie, and their son, Maxwell.
Shannon Gibson – Support Specialist
As Support Specialist, Shannon provides administrative and customer service support to the Inns communities and the Regional Team members. Shannon has been with the organization since 2012 and is also the office manager of the Inns Corporate offices located in Newark, Ohio where she helps manage day-to-day operations and oversees the maintenance of the office’s beautiful building and grounds. Shannon resides in Newark, Ohio and has two daughters, Constance and Alex.
